i'm annie.



i will be a senior at centre college, in danville, ky, where i'm majoring in anthropology and minoring in creative writing.

at the moment, i like procrastinating, bran muffins, foot meter, fruit snacks, word jumbles, backpacking, fountain pens, collecting insects, coffee, memorizing things, and laughing.

this journal will document my summer spent as an archaeology intern with the u.s. forest service in norwood, colorado.

and it is most certainly titled after a wonderful, cheesy john denver song.
